This is not actually about my rescue dog Billy, although he does have a story to tell. This is about Care for Dogs in Chaing Mai Thailand. Thai people are very fond oftheir dogs and usually take good care of them but sometimes........well we all know that story, "Care for Dogs" is a rescue shelter outside of Chaing Mai, Thailand and if you ever go there, do take time to visit "Care for Dogs". They sell a wonderful tshirt as a fund raiser its says "adopting a dog will not change the world but the world will surely change for that one dog"
